1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Revenyu, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any future modifications.

2. Services Provided

Revenyu offers a CRM platform (“Services”) tailored for real estate agents, brokers, and developers in the GCC, including lead management, integration with third-party platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, Google, Dubizzle, Property Finder), AI tools, reporting, commission tracking, etc.

3. User Registration & Responsibilities

• Users must be qualified real estate professionals in GCC countries.
• Account info must be accurate.
• Users are solely responsible for activity under their account.
• You must comply with all applicable real estate laws and data regulations in your country.

4. Billing & Payment

• Pro Plan is $20/user/month. “Enterprise Plan” is custom.
• Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Use Restrictionss

You agree not to: reverse engineer the platform; misuse platform integrations; use it for illegal activity; upload harmful content; infringe IP rights.

6. Data & Privacy

• You grant Revenyu limited rights to process CRM data for service delivery and analytics.
• Revenyu complies with its Privacy Policy regarding data handling.

7. Intellectual Property

Revenyu and its logos, software, content, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Revenyu.

8. Termination

• You may terminate your subscription anytime via account settings.
• Revenyu may suspend or terminate service for serious breaches or unpaid fees.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• The platform is provided “as‑is” without warranties.
• Revenyu isn't liable for indirect damages, unless required by law.
• Revenyu’s liability is capped at fees paid in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Revenyu from any third-party claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolutions

• Governed by the law of your jurisdiction in the GCC.
• Disputes first via good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, through arbitration or local courts as specified in your agreement.

12. Changes to Terms

Revenyu may update the Terms; users will receive notice and continued use means acceptance.
